Canada Day in Caledon
Albion Hills Conservation Area
Celebrate Canada Day at Albion Hills Conservation Area with free admission and live entertainment including West Coast Lumberjacks, bounce entertainment, Reptilla and food from various food trucks. Of course grand fireworks display to end off the night.
Enjoy a day at Downey’s Farm this Canada Day with free admission and parking. Be entertained by Bob’s Banjo Band, Abracadabra Magic and Team K-9 Dog Show. Start off your morning with a pancake breakfast beginning at 9:00am costing 8.00 per person for pancakes. Then go strawberry picking with the whole family throughout the day at the farm.
Caledon Fairgrounds annual strawberry festival is sure to be fun with lots of entertainment and food for the whole family. Enjoy a classic car show and craft show while enjoying cake, a strawberry breakfast and BBQ.
Canada Day in Brampton
Celebrate Canada Day at Brampton’s Chinguacousy Park from 12:00pm-10:00pm with free admission. There will be local live entertainment, family fun activities and food. Enjoy activities such as Disney princess meet and greet, bubble soccer, street hockey rink, inflatable sports, beer garden , splash pad, petting zoo and much more. Don’t forget about the food that will be available including cupcakes to celebrate Canada’s 150th Birthday. As the day comes to an end enjoy live musical entertained by the headliners, Big Wreck. Their performance is followed by a large firework finale.
Canada Day in Orangeville
Alder Street Recreation Centre
Start off your Canada Day afternoon by enjoying a piece of birthday cake to celebrate Canada turning 150 years old. Followed by a free family swim happening from 1:00-2:00pm and then again from 3:00-4:00pm. If swimming isn’t your thing enjoy other activities occurring at the recreation centre including face painting, inflatables and Super Dogs. Finish the night off with fireworks over the lake at 10:00pm. The viewing for these takes place at Island Lake Conservation Area. Admission to the conservation area is done by donation.
Canada Day in Georgetown
Canada Day in the Glen
Enjoy Canada Day in the Glen starting with a pancake breakfast at 8:00am. Throughout the day enjoy various activities with friends and family including a parade beginning at 12:00pm where you kids can bring their bikes all decorated for Canada’s birthday and join in on the parade. Other activities occurring throughout the day include fish pond, sand boxes, face painting, crafts, puppet shows and pet shows. Come to Gellert Community Centre from 1:00 – 2:30pm for a swim with regular admission prices. Conclude the night with a firework show at St. Alban Parish Hall and Grounds.
